General Questions
We provide event rentals for all occasions, from small backyard parties with tables, chairs, and bounce houses to large corporate events accommodating thousands of guests.
Booking is easy! Use our online system to select your rental, apply a deposit, and you’re all set. We handle delivery, setup, and pickup so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Delivery and Pickup
- Weekend Rentals: Delivered on Friday and picked up on Sunday or Monday.
- Pickup by Customer: Pick up Friday morning between 7:45–8:00 AM and return by Sunday before 5 PM.
Yes! For specific event times, please call our office to make arrangements. Additional fees may apply for special deliveries or setups at parks and public locations.
We deliver within a 30-mile radius of our warehouse in Winder, GA, including Monroe, Watkinsville, Bethlehem, Statham, and more. If you’re outside our range, call us for assistance.
Yes, delivery charges are based on mileage. Use our “Book Now” feature for an instant quote. Delivery includes setup and takedown by our team.
We require a minimum rental order of $165.
Rental Policies
Rentals are generally delivered Friday and picked up Monday. If weather requires an earlier delivery or pickup, the rental fee remains the same.
Your deposit is applied toward your total rental fee. However, it is non-refundable if you cancel. Deposits can be transferred to another date if needed.
- Cleaning Fee: $100 minimum for excessive dirt, silly string, food, or confetti.
- Misuse Fee: Additional charges apply if water is used on a dry bounce house.
If the equipment is damaged, misused, or not returned clean and dry, additional fees will apply.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Weather Policy
- We monitor the weather closely and will contact you on Thursday if adjustments are needed.
- If you decide to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable, but we can reschedule for another date.
- Rentals cannot be set up in high winds or unsafe conditions.
Special Events
Yes, we can work with your timeline for special events. Please call our office to make arrangements. Additional fees may apply.
