For weekend rentals, our at-home delivery will grace your doorstep on Friday, with pickups scheduled for Sunday or Monday, though some exceptions may apply. Our system is designed to optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency. Pickups are orchestrated on Friday mornings between 7:45 and 8:00 AM. Please ensure you have a pickup truck ready for the transportation of the bounce houses. Should you choose to collect them, we kindly ask that you return the units in a clean and dry state.

Our fees reflect the distance traveled from our Winder, GA warehouse. Simply select “book now,” and you’ll receive an instant quote that includes the delivery charge. This encompasses our team delivering the equipment, setting it up, returning to dismantle it, and removing it afterward.

We cater to residential deliveries within a 30-mile radius of our warehouse, with some exceptions. Areas such as Monroe, Watkinsville, Bethlehem, Statham, Good Hope, Braselton, Hoschton, Talmo, Pendergrass, Bogart, Dacula, Auburn, Lawrenceville, and beyond are included. Should you seek a quote outside our delivery range, we kindly ask that you contact our office. For larger events, we would be delighted to provide a tailored quote.

We recommend requesting your rental for the day of your celebration. Units will be set up on Friday and collected on Monday. Should inclement weather necessitate early delivery or pickup, the rental fee remains unchanged.

Our magical trucks will not embark on a journey for less than a base fee of $145.00, which is before the delivery fee is applied.

Your deposit is a cherished part of your total rental fee, not an additional charge. If the equipment is returned damaged, excessively dirty, or misused with confetti, food, or other remnants of revelry, a minimum cleaning fee of $100.00 will be applied. We kindly request your respect for our equipment. Should you rent a bounce unit as a dry attraction and introduce water, an additional fee will be levied.

As we navigate the whims of Mother Nature, we understand that rain may grace our weekends. Our team will monitor the weather closely on Thursday afternoons to make informed decisions regarding your rental. Should you choose to cancel due to weather, the deposit is non-refundable; however, we will gladly apply your rental to a future date. If weather conditions necessitate adjustments to delivery or pickup, our team will communicate promptly and ensure all units are ready before your event. Please be mindful of wind conditions, as we are unable to set up events when winds exceed our safety limits.
