Extreme Fun Company offers a range of services for your event needs. We are here to serve you from small backyard parties with needs of tables, chairs and maybe a bouncy to large corporate events serving thousands of guest. Our system allows you to book online with a quick and easy process. Book your rental, apply the deposit and sit back we will do the rest. Here are a few questions we are often asked. 

Delivery day and time: Our AT-HOME delivery day for weekend rentals will be Friday and a pickup on Sunday/Monday. Some exceptions will apply. Our system will generate our delivery layout to be the most effective for time and distance. Our pickups are done on Friday mornings at 7:45-8:00 am. Returns are done Sunday before 5pm. Please have a pickup truck for transporting the bounce houses. If you pickup, you are responsible to return the bounce in a clean and dry condition. 

Special Events: Please note if you have a special event time and need the rental for only a specific time, we will need to make note of this and make sure our team can serve the timeline. Please call the office for special events to make arrangements. Some fees may apply to special deliveries and pickups, also to parks and public locations for setup. 

Delivery charges: Charges are based on mileage from our warehouse in Winder, GA. Please choose book now and it will provide you an instant quote with the delivery charge. The delivery includes our team delivering the unit, setting it up. We will return, tare down the rental and remove it. 

Delivery Location: We deliver up to 30 miles from our warehouse. Some exceptions will apply. Monroe, Watkinsville, Bethlehem, Statham, Good Hope, Braselton, Hoschton, Talmo, Pendergrass, Bogart, Dacula, Auburn, Lawrenceville, and more. If you request a quote it will ask you to call the office if you are outside our delivery range. 

Rental time frame: We ask that you only request the day of your party when you book. You will be setup on Friday and collected on Monday. If weather is a factor and we must deliver or pickup the unit early, the rental fee is the same. 

Delivery Minimum: Our trucks will not deliver for less that $165.00. 

Deposit: Your deposit is applied  toward your total rental. It is not an additional fee. If your unit is damaged, left in a more than normal dirty condition, misused with silly string, food, candy, confetti, etc, a minimum cleaning fee of $100.00 will be applied. Please respect our equipment. If you rent a bounce as a dry unit and you apply water, an additional fee will be applied. 

Weather: As the rainy weather seems to be here every weekend, we understand that we cannot control mother nature. Our staff will watch the weather on Thursday afternoon to make our final observation of the weekends weather and reach out to you accordingly. IF you make the call to cancel your rental, the deposit is non-refundable however if you can apply the rental to another date we will be happy to change the date. If weather is a factor for the weekend, our team will make necessary adjustments to the delivery/pickup days and times. We will make notes of party times and make sure we have all units setup prior to any party.  We strive to serve you the best way possible, and when weather becomes and issue, we will communicate with you as needed. When watching the weather, please be aware of the winds. We cannot setup or serve events if the wind exceeds our limits.
